1. No Alternate Accounts / Ban Evasion

Users are prohibited from creating alternate accounts or attempting to evade a ban. All users acknowledge and agree to create and use only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in the user and all associated accounts being banned.


2. No Illegal Uploads

We do not tolerate any illegal uploads. If our systems detect content that violates our guidelines, the user will be immediately banned, and relevant information will be forwarded to law enforcement authorities.


3. No IP Logging, Phishing, or Similar Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in activities such as IP logging, phishing emails, or any other actions that may cause harm to others. Detection of such activities by our systems will result in an immediate ban, and the user can request a review by contacting [email protected].


4. No Spam

Spamming on our APIs is strictly prohibited. Users triggering the rate limiter excessively will face escalating penalties, starting with a 15-day ban. Repeated violations may lead to extended bans, up to a lifetime ban.


5. No Account Sharing

Users are not allowed to share their accounts with others. If we discover account sharing, the user and their associated IP will be banned immediately.


6. No Refunds

All purchases made in our shop are non-refundable. There will be no refunds for any items or services.
